		<description>Living in the Northwest, i find myself very much on a motivation rollercoaster.  for month&#039;s at a time i am good, restricting calories and getting regular exercise, but then the weather changes... and i spend more time inside, and the next thing you know, even if the weather is good, my &quot;mojo&quot; is gone.  I find that my weight follows a kind of gain 10 lbs, lose 5, gain 10, lose 5, gain 10, lose 5....etc.  Now if i could only lose that extra 20 and get back to where i was 5 or so years ago.....</description>

		<description>Yeah, I&#039;ll join you. With driving kids to and from various camps, learning the ropes at a new job, building a new website and--oh, yeah--vacations, this summer has been a hectic mess. Exercise has been pushed to the side.

As a fitness pro, I was in pretty good shape to start with. I&#039;ve been coasting along on the gains of months and years of hard work. Still, the ride is slowing down and I&#039;ve got to get back to working out.

Will you be updating your progress here (or anywhere)?</description>
