This interesting and beautiful variety of cucumber (Cucumis sativus) caught my eye the other day at the farmer’s market.
At first glance, I thought I was looking at a yellow heirloom tomato. Nope! It’s a lemon cucumber.
Tastes as you’d expect a cucumber to taste, though perhaps a little more portable.
