It would’ve been mine too. They certainly look like the beautiful baby collard greens from the first of last summer’s bounty. Alas, this is a green I must admit I hadn’t tried previously (couldn’t find them).

Could it possibly be individual leaves of Brussels sprouts? My friend recently found a recipe for which you have to remove all the leaves from the little devils. She served it at a dinner party and no one knew what it was!
