arugula
The market of the last post continues to offer new produce as the season develops. This week, we (I mean, they) had the first tomatoes, strawberries, and garlic tops or scapes. This last one heralds the hardnecks, not often sold in your standard grocery, are on the way!
I also picked up some more arugula. Definitely a new addition to my favorite greens list. Hmmm… Have I tried any greens I didn’t end up liking?

Mmmmm…I love garlic scapes! I got them all the time last year in my CSA and I am missing them this year! Your salad looks great.
