low-sodium olives

Guess what?! You can have olives on a low-sodium diet. And pickles, and…

These weigh in at 40 mg of sodium (and 25 calories) for a serving of 5 olives.

So, where did I find these babies and so many other great products?

At the Healthy Heart Market. Happy shopping.

Oh my goodness–I have missed pickles on E2L! Are they any good??

  2. Erin says:

Not very dill, almost sweet, but good. I’m psyched. :)

Wow! These look great. I have to admit to having the full-sodium versions from time to time, but now I’ll have to look for these.

Thanks Erin. I have been looking for no sodium olives but low sodium will do. :-) The dill pickles though have high fructose corn syrup.
