vegan day breakfast

Here’s that alternative breakfast I mentioned in my last entry. True comfort food: oat bran, ground flax seeds, soy milk, blueberries, strawberries, and a sliced banana (hiding).

    This is a beautiful breakfast. I’m sure most CR folks have a variation of the same breakfast occasionally. Today I just bought frozen blueberries, so that I would begin to add fruit to my morning flaxmeal etc. breakfast!

    So pleased to have this blog to check out sometimes. I love your pictures, and thoughtful cooking style.
