breakfast: “the usual”
This is my standard breakfast fare. A high-protein fruit smoothie that takes little time to prepare, holds me over until lunch, and is always a treat no matter how often I drink it. Here are the ingredients gathered together anxiously awaiting their turn on the merry-go-round (I mean, blender).

1/2 C homemade yogurt (the little container)
1/2 C homemade oat milk (the mason jar)
2 tsp flax oil
1 banana
1 C organic frozen blueberries
1 C organic frozen strawberries (or raspberries)
3 Tb rice protein powder (the big container)
