So, I’m going to give this blogging thing a try. Why anyone would want to read about my boring day-to-day life, I have no idea! It does, however, give me an easy way to proudly display my latest culinary adventures. And maybe there are a few people, if only family and friends, who’d be interested in that.
Vegetarian food and chess are my passions. This blog will likely be heavily weighted toward the former though, as I eat every day and only catch a chess tournament every other month or so.

What’s the tempeh made of? Is it something like tofu?
